XL Extreme Lubricant...
With excellent anti-sag properties, XL Extreme Lubricant
holds well on any vertical surface. Due to the non-melting
properties of the thickener system, it remains in suspension
at high temperatures with no significant loss of lubricating
properties on long-term exposure to heat. It is manufactured
to deal with extreme environments:-
- High rail temperatures (due to switch heaters not tripping
out)
- Adverse weather conditions.
- Very long maintenance intervals (ideal for yard areas
and remote switches.
- Long product shelf life.
The lubricant has an extremely adhesive nature makes it suitable
for wide range of applications in very wet and aggressive
environments. Ideally suitable for the lubrication of sliding
surfaces subjected to really aggressive working conditions.
The de-watering properties of this product make it very suitable
for application to wet slides and surfaces.
XL Extreme Lubricant is designed for extreme operating environments
where more conventional types of lubricants are limited in
their ability to withstand extreme conditions and break down
prematurely. This results in frequent re-lubrication intervals
and on many occasions frequent component replacement. XL Extreme
Lubricant was tested by Network Rail in the UK throughout
the winter of 2003/2004 with impressive results.
