XL 24.7 Lubricator...

A solar powered automatic high pressure rail lubrication system which works 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

Key features:

• Solar Panel can be placed up to 100 metres from the unit and still have the power to drive the pump.
  
  
• The solar panel will operate without putting a strain on the batteries in cloudy and dull conditions.
  
  
• The unit works on high pressure therefore the grease reservoir can be 50 metres from the track and in a place of safety.
  
  
• Up to 20 GDU's ("grease distibution unit" or "wiping bar") can be utilised from a single unit!
  
  
• Because the system is high pressure the GDU's are maintenance free no blocking of grease ports.
  
  
• As all of the grease is dispensed accurately - "carry down" can be up to several miles.
  
  
• The progressive feeders within the unit provide the required amount of grease each and every time.
