XL Copper Antiseize Compound
A lead-free compound for threaded connections of pipes, flanges
and threaded fasteners subject to high temperatures and/or
corrosive environments. The compound overcomes galling on
assembly and greatly reduces dismantling torque. It is suitable
for use as an anti-seize up to 1000 degrees C and protects
against seizure in conditions of high corrosion and chemical
attack.

- Prevents seizure and galling during assembly and therefore
reduces assembly time.
- Enables the easy dismantling of components.
- Provides an effective anti-seize in saturated conditions
including salt water.
- Enables fast and easy dismantling of components, allowing
them to be re-used after dismantling.
- Applied sparingly as a thin film.
XL Food Grade Assembly Compound
A white, non-toxic grease-like compound with a high solids
lubricant content designed for use as an assembly lubricant
and anti-seize compound for threaded components. This material
has all the cost saving benefits mentioned above for the Copper
Anti-Seize Compound plus the benefit of being completely environmentally
friendly. The material is NSF registered and meets the USDA
1998 H1 guidelines.
Both the above products are supplied in 3Kg tins packed 6
to a case.
